AHYAH is an executive assistant that reads a principal's calendar and email so it can brief them. This policy explains exactly what it accesses, what it stores, what it never does, and how to remove your data. It applies to demo.ceoconciliary.com.
Google user data we access
AHYAH requests two Google scopes. Both are read-only. AHYAH cannot send, modify, or delete anything in your Google account.

What we store, and what we do not
We deliberately store the minimum needed to answer a question quickly.

How the data is used
Solely to provide the assistant features you asked for. When you ask what is on your calendar or who has emailed you, the relevant stored fields are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to compose the spoken answer you hear.
Limited Use. AHYAH's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we do not sell Google user data; we do not use it for advertising; we do not use it to train generalised AI or machine-learning models; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, to resolve a specific support issue you have raised, for security purposes, or where required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service:
- Anthropic — to generate the assistant's answers. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train their models.
- Neon — encrypted database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- ElevenLabs — converts the assistant's reply text to speech, and your speech to text. Your Google data is not sent to ElevenLabs except where it appears in a sentence being spoken aloud to you.
We disclose data to law enforcement only where legally required.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings inside the app. Disconnecting revokes our tokens and deletes the stored calendar and email records associated with your account.
Deleting your account removes all associated records, including every stored calendar event and email header — this is enforced at the database level with cascading deletion, not as a background job that might fail silently.
To request deletion directly, email team@ceoaitech.com and we will action it within 30 days.
Security
- All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a key held outside the database.
- Each user's records are scoped to their own account identifier; the application cannot return another user's data.
- Access to production systems is limited to the operators of CEO AI Technologies.
This is a demonstration product
AHYAH is currently an investor demonstration. It is not a system of record. Do not rely on it as the sole store of anything important, and be aware that demonstration data may be reset.
Children
AHYAH is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects how Google user data is handled, request your consent again.
