These terms govern use of AHYAH at demo.ceoconciliary.com. By using it you agree to them.

What AHYAH is

AHYAH is an executive assistant that reads your calendar and email so it can brief you, and answers questions by voice. It is provided as a demonstration for evaluation.

It is not a system of record. Your calendar, email and practice-management systems remain authoritative. Do not use AHYAH as the only place anything important is stored, and expect that demonstration data may be reset without notice.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in link private. Tell us promptly at team@ceoaitech.com if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use AHYAH unlawfully, or to store or transmit unlawful content.
Do not attempt to access another user's data, or to probe, scan or disrupt the service.
Do not connect a Google account you are not authorised to connect.
Do not resell or redistribute access.

AI-generated output

AHYAH's answers are produced by an AI model and may be incomplete or wrong. Verify anything consequential against the underlying source before acting on it. AHYAH does not provide legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and nothing it says should be treated as professional counsel.

Your data

Handling of your data — in particular Google calendar and email data — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You may disconnect Google or delete your account at any time.

Availability

This is a demonstration service offered without any availability commitment. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time.

Intellectual property

AHYAH, its software and its interface are owned by CEO AI Technologies. Content you supply remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.

No warranty

AHYAH is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CEO AI Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of AHYAH.

Termination

You may stop using AHYAH at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
